"We'll have better response time and we'll be better able to cater to each of our customer's needs more efficiently," owner Frank Arndt said. "We're gaining about three times the floor space and our service shop will end up about double the size of what it is now."

Prompted by an increasing demand for fast, streamlined service, Arndt says the decision to relocate myItSource.ca didn't take much thought. "We're in the process of getting authorized in numerous technical applications and we're constantly taking courses and classes to keep our education up to snuff and on the cutting edge," he said. "There are numerous manufactured products that we deal with and soon, we'll be able to service even more."

Handling repairs, on-site networking and computer sales, myITsource.ca is a one-stop service provider for both business and individual computer needs of any scale.

"We are a full service centre for many brand name computer companies and also carry a range of computer accessories," Arndt said. "We price our products aggressively and support everything that we sell."
